By combining a Triple-axis Gyroscope with a Triple-axis Accelerometer on the same silicon die together with an onboard Digital Motion Processor™ (DMP™); MPU-6050 is capable of processing complex MotionFusion algorithms.

IMU 6DoF is a breakout board for the Invensense's MPU-6050, a 6-Axis (Accelerometer + Gyro) MEMS MotionTracking™ Device.

By combining a Triple-axis Gyroscope with a Triple-axis Accelerometer on the same silicon die together with an onboard Digital Motion Processor™ (DMP™); MPU-6050 is capable of processing complex MotionFusion algorithms.

Auxiliary I²C - A different row of headers is given to support external I²C devices like, Magnetometer, Barometer or other sensors through an auxiliary master I²C bus. To interface an external Magnetometer, the suggested solution is to perform 6-Axis Motion Fusion through the DMP on-board the MPU-6050, and then, process the 3-Axis Magnetometer data with it on the Microcontroller.

Pull-Up - It has a Solder Jumper on the back to enable/ disable Pull-Up resistors (10K). Pull-Ups are enabled by default. To disable Pull-Ups, remove the solder blob at the bottom.

Note: It is not BreadBoard compatible. (Both row of headers can not be inserted in a BreadBoard simultaneously).
